Family Fun Day events are hosted once a month all over historical Atlanta landmarks as we discuss:

• Kids games and introduction into Sound Healing
• Sound Therapy
• Group Discussion and Meditation
• Breathing Work/ Yoga
• Crystals & Plantss
• Moon, Star & other Planets and their relation to Us
• Fresh Juices, Detox Herbs, Seamoss available along with Healthy Food options, Vegan/Vegetarian Alternatives and recipes
• Holistic Healing practices, routines and workouts, i.e. Sungazing, Grounding, Tai Chi ?
• Monthly Book Reads
