Patrons must reserve tickets for each event date you wish to attend. All shows are limited to 100 in the audience and seats will be socially distanced in groups of 2. Masks are required for all guests. If you reserve tickets and are no longer able to attend, please cancel your order so others may take advantage of this FREE show.
Doors open at 9:30am for each show. Food and drink not permitted.
Free parking available on Main Street and at the 23 N. Main lot. Parking is not permitted in the Armory Marketplace lot behind the Armory. Parking also available at the Hickory/Pennsylvania Ave. Parking Garage.
Saturday, February 20, 2021 at 10am--New Moon Theater will feature the classic theme of “brains over brawn” with their new production, "Small but Mighty.” Always the smallest kid in any class, New Moon Theater’s, Julie Kurzava, will champion unlikely heroes from around the world. With plenty of humor and audience participation, plus a few surprises, fun for all ages is guaranteed.
New Moon Theater is committed to promoting worldwide folklore, helping children develop an appreciation and connection with other cultures. “Small But Mighty” features stories from Mexico, Indonesia and South America. This 45-minute interactive theatrical piece is best for ages 3-10, but fun for everyone.
Saturday, March 6, 2021 at 10am--The Mayhem Magical Circus-A 45-Minute Performance for Children of all ages. Run away and join the circus without leaving home! Come join professional knucklehead and former Ringling Brothers Circus performer Gregory May as he builds his own wacky circus show. He juggles, walks on a rolling globe, spins plates and cowboy ropes, and messes up magic tricks with tons of fun and lots of laughs!
Former Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus artist, Gregory May has performed in over 300 cities from here to China. He has performed at the White House, at the Kennedy Center, in national commercials, on the Late Show with David Letterman, and locally at Round House Theater and Toby’s Dinner Theater. As a circus arts teacher, he founded the Center Ring Circus School and directed the Greenbelt Youth Circus.
Saturday, March 20, 2021 at 10am--Pam the "Kindersinger" features "Spring is Sprung"---an interactive singing, dancing, and puppetry/ventriloquism show great for ages 3-10. Pam appeared weekly as a regular on WMAR TV's “It’s Kindertime” on Saturday mornings. Enjoy original and familiar songs and lots of humor!
