Spoon carving is something on the to-do list of many. People often think it's too difficult or dangerous to have a go at woodworking. And without guidance it can be. Come join us at Wray Vally camping, Mortenhampstead, to learn how to carve a spoon. I will guide you through the process of turning a stick into a spoon, covering the skills, techniques and safety you’ll need to know. You will craft your spoons out of hazel sticks (or other woods depending on availability) to make small spoons that can be crafted with minimal tools in just an hour or two.Book your tickets now for this awesome event.
