Family Foto Fundraiser is a portrait experience hosted by The EMBER Project in partnership with NEUR Nonprofit—created for young mothers walking paths few understand but many survive. Whether you're in the thick of it or finally breathing again, this is space to be seen, steady, and rooted in your becoming.

• With a $20 donation, each guest will receive:
• A 15-minute professional portrait session
• 5 fully edited digital photos to keep, post, or pass down
• A soft, reflective setup (optional props available)
• The option to order prints after the event

This event reflects The EMBER Project’s mission: to protect potential, restore dignity, and remind early mothers that they are not a footnote—they are a force. Proceeds are split between both organizations to continue the work of walking with her—not ahead of her.

This event is part of Pictured With Purpose, a portrait-based fundraising series by NEUR Nonprofit that collaborates with community organizations to offer meaningful photo experiences in support of their mission.

Ownership and Usage of Photos

All photos taken during your session are the property of NEUR Nonprofit. By participating, you grant NEUR full permission to use your likeness and photos—edited or unedited—for marketing, promotional, editorial, and portfolio purposes across all platforms, indefinitely, without compensation. This includes but is not limited to social media, newsletters, grant applications, printed materials, and websites. Photos may also be used by the event’s collaborating organization for their own internal and promotional use.

Minors and Parental Consent

Minors (under the age of 18) may participate only with the presence and signed consent of a parent or legal guardian. By allowing your child to participate, you acknowledge and agree that their likeness may be used by NEUR Nonprofit and the partnering organization in marketing, promotional, and public-facing materials without compensation or time limitation.

Photo Delivery

Each guest will receive five (5) edited portraits delivered digitally. These are the only photos included in your donation-based session. Additional edits and/or full photo sets may be available for purchase. Final photos will be delivered within 30 business days to the host organization, who is responsible for forwarding the shared digital album to guests. In rare cases, NEUR may provide direct access to the gallery if contacted by a participant.

Session Environment

Pictured With Purpose events are conducted in a shared, open environment. Sessions are not private. Guests may be photographed in the presence of others and may appear in group or background images. The shared digital album is public to all event participants. Poses and props may be offered at the discretion of the NEUR team.

Sharing and Promotion

You are encouraged to share your portraits and help raise awareness for Pictured With Purpose. If you post unedited images, please credit NEUR Nonprofit. Edited photos do not require attribution. Photos may be used by both NEUR and the partner organization in co-branded promotional materials.

Conduct & Etiquette

Respect for all participants, volunteers, staff, and the event space is required. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate dismissal from the event and forfeiture of photo delivery.

Liability for Damages

You are responsible for any damage caused to NEUR’s equipment, the photography space, or any borrowed props. Please treat all materials and spaces with care and respect.

Media Release and Promotional Use

By attending a Pictured With Purpose event, you acknowledge and agree that your likeness may be publicly shared by NEUR Nonprofit and its partner organization in co-branded promotional materials, including but not limited to social media, websites, printed flyers, grant submissions, and editorial content. The photo gallery will be public, and all photos taken in shared spaces may be used at NEUR’s discretion.

Due to the nature of the event, requests for exclusion from public-facing materials is not explicitly offered. We may rarely make exceptions, however, we ask request that, if you are not comfortable with your image being used in this way, please do not participate in the event.

No Refunds / Session Transfers

Because this is a donation-based fundraiser, all donations are final. However, if you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may claim a complimentary portrait session at a future Shoots for the Stars event hosted monthly by NEUR Nonprofit. This offer must be used within 90 days of your original session.

Force Majeure

NEUR Nonprofit is not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including illness, natural disaster, venue issues, or technical difficulties. In such cases, sessions may be rescheduled at NEUR’s discretion.

Privacy Policy

Your personal information will be used only to communicate with you about your session. NEUR Nonprofit does not share or sell participant data.
