This 1 ½ session explores food and fun for all the family. Including portion sizes, healthy recipes, advice on introducing new foods and creating a balanced lifestyle.
This session is face-to-face. Tickets are free and spaces are limited. Please let us know if you are unable to attend, so the space can be used for others.
Who is this session for?
Parents and carers of children aged 1 to 5 years old (you are welcome to bring them along!)

- Family mealtime and making this a fun activity
- Nutrition, including healthy lunch box ideas and portion sizes
- Being active as a family
- Getting the whole family up and working together
- Resources and ideas to try at home
- Suggestions for fussy eaters
N.B. This session is open to all parents and carers of babies and children registered with a Hampshire and Isle of Wight NHS Foundation Trust (formerly Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust) Health Visiting team. Excluding Southampton, Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight Health Visiting services.
