Join us every other Sunday at 4 PM for Family Flow with Morgan Belnap — a playful, 30-minute yoga and mindfulness class designed for parents, caregivers, and children to move, breathe, and bond.
This class offers a unique chance to unplug from screens and stress while planting powerful seeds of emotional growth. Through breath work, gentle movement, and meditation exercises, your family will explore healthy ways to cope with anxiety and big emotions — all in a safe, supportive, and fun environment.
✨ Child attends FREE with a participating adult
✨ Your first class is FREE, but you must register in advance and complete our waiver
✨ Great for children ages infant to 10
✨ No experience needed — just bring a yoga mat, some water, and a willingness to play and connect
