As part of Business Month programming, the Zeta Kappa Chapter of Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc. is proud to partner with Fulfillment In Training (F.I.T.) for Family Fitness Day—a free, community-centered workout designed to promote wellness, unity, and positive movement for all ages.

Based in Phoenix, F.I.T. is a holistic health and fitness nonprofit organization dedicated to improving health awareness, increasing access to fitness resources in underserved communities, and empowering individuals through physical activity and community engagement.
