Come and join Roleystone's local PT legend, Amy from Aimz Fitness, for a dynamic 1-hour workout session that's perfect for the whole family!Our goal is to boost both mental and physical health, and what better way to do this than by modelling healthy exercise habits for your children? No matter how old your kids are, we encourage you to bring them along. If they prefer not to participate, there's an all-enclosed playground out back, and we can even bring the workout outside if the weather's nice.
Don't worry if you don't have kids; we would still love to see you here working out and smashing your fitness goals. This session is a fantastic way to improve your well-being while having fun and staying active.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOUR TRAINER:
Hi my name is Amy.
I have been a personal trainer for over 10 years working in gyms.
I have now been a mobile and group training Coach for the last few years which I love as I can take my dog with me and I am able to train you from home or at a local park or facility!
I have competed in bodybuilding and now aim to help people lose fat and feel great whilst still living a fulfilling lifestyle!
I live in Roleystone and love our community! I’ll talk too much and love to make fun of myself so I hope this brings some joy to you whilst we train!
I’ll make sure I progress you slowly in the sessions and cater exercises to your ability. I really pride myself on making sure you are 100% looked after.
KIDS ARE FREE if they are under 16 years of age.
