This class is designed for parents and kids ages 8 and older to enjoy a workout as a team. It’s a great way to move your bodies, build healthy habits, and spend quality time together in a positive, energetic environment.

We offer supervised Child Watch Monday–Friday from 4–8 PM.
Child Watch is FREE with your YMCA membership.
Non-members can use Child Watch with a day pass—everyone’s welcome!
