Mani Rock Painting
Join the monks for a fun, hands-on rock-painting session open to all ages. Participants can paint the Om Mani Padme Hum mantra (the mantra of compassion), their names in Tibetan calligraphy, or create their own piece inspired by Tibetan art and symbolism. The monks will offer their joyful guidance, share the meaning behind the designs, and create a warm, welcoming space for creativity. This is a relaxed, family-friendly activity perfect for kids, adults, and anyone who enjoys art with heart. Come make something beautiful to take home and bless your space. Rocks will be provided.
Suggested donation: $15 - $20
This event is part of the Sacred Earth & Healing Arts of Tibet Tour offered by the Tibetian Buddhist Monks of Gaden Shartse Monastic University.
