About the Author:
Jamie Michalak is an award-winning author of many children’s books. Her titles include HAZEL THE HANDFUL, illustrated by Matt Myers; the FRANK AND BEAN series, illustrated by Bob Kolar; the multiple-star reviewed NIKI NAKAYAMA: A CHEF’S TALE IN 13 BITES, co-written with Debbi Michiko Florence and illustrated by Yuko Kato-Jones; the DAKOTA CRUMB picture books, illustrated by Kelly Murphy; and the JOE AND SPARKY series, illustrated by Frank Remkiewicz.
