Sunnylands celebrates Earth Day with a focus on the native ecosystems of the Coachella Valley. Enjoy a day filled with fun activities, including games, arts and crafts, and guided bird walks, all set in the beauty of the Sunnylands gardens.Sunday, April 20, 9 am-2 pm
Guests will be able to participate in the following activities:
- Guided bird walks with Sunnylands birder
- Ink made of plants
- Build your own essential oil roller
- biodegradable pots made of compostable materials
- “Bee the Change” community project and wildflower seed
packets
- Potting succulents
- Hands-on clay seed bomb making
- Information and interaction with a variety of desert life species
All Family Day activities are free of charge. Admission and parking are free. Reservations not required. Program changes may require the cancellation or rescheduling of some events.
