Celebrate creativity, storytelling, and the idea of home during this hands-on, family-friendly day inspired by works from Dean Mitchell and Farm Security Administration photographers. This Family Day is proudly sponsored by Kansas Gas Service. Galleries on floor three are FREE and drop in hands-on stations will be available on floors one and three. Please note that galleries on floor two will be closed for installation of our next exhibition. Admission to the “The Erosion of Time” immersive exhibition is required for access to the Mezmereyz Gallery.

- Interior/Exterior Home Design Station
- Collage Self-Portrait Studio
- Manhattan Cityscape/Landscape Stamping
- A self-directed “guide to looking” activity for exhibitions on floor three (Fine Art Gallery)
- Family story time hosted by the Manhattan Public Library at the top of every hour.
A full day of creativity, connection, and imaginative play for all ages.
++A special visiting artist workshop ($20 per parent/child unit is available for one adult and one youth with pre-registration at 10:30 a.m. Space for the workshop is limited).
