Pool
- Lane Swim (8 Lanes): 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM
- Family Swim (Leisure Pool): 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM
- Family Swim (Both Pools): 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
- Lane Swim (3 Lanes): 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Gymnasium
- Pickleball: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
- Badminton: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
- Family Bootcamp: 10:15 AM – 11:00 AM
- Family Gym: 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Fitness Centre
- Gravity: 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM
- Stretch: 12:15 PM – 12:45 PM
*Tai Chi will still run 9:00 – 11:30 AM in the Fitness Studio for registered participants.
