Join us for a fun and wholesome Family Dance Party, where everyone can shake, shimmy, and groove to a variety of music!
We’ll play a mix of classic hits, positive songs with great messages, and fun tunes the kids will love—all perfect for dancing together as a family.
We’ll provide scarves to twirl around, and you’re welcome to bring any dance props to make the experience even more exciting!
To wrap up the fun, we’ll finish with a relaxing 10-minute meditation to help everyone wind down.
It’s a wonderful way to bond with your family and meet new friends in a lively, joyful atmosphere.

-all ages welcome
-please arrive 5-15 minutes early
-dress comfortably in layers
-we will have self-massage tools available for the adults (massage balls and rollers)
This dance can be a wonderful opportunity for parents to care for their bodies in a loving way.
There may be moments while your kids are dancing when you can roll out your yoga mat to stretch, self massage, or lie down and close your eyes...take care of yourself with whatever you need at that moment.
The goal is to move in ways that feel good in your body. Let go of judgment, be free, and have fun with your family!

-water
-yoga mat (we have a few extras)
-you may like to bring blankets, pillows, or anything for your comfort for the meditation. Kids might want to bring a stuffie to cozy up with.
-fun dance props- ribbon, scarves, light up toys etc...
This is a collective experience with other families. Let's come together and unite... fostering a sense of community and connection.
