About this Event
Join us for a fun and interactive Family Cooking Workshop: Healthy Foods, where families will learn how to prepare simple, nutritious, and delicious meals together.
This hands-on workshop is led by professional chefs from the Florida Education Institute, who will guide participants through healthy cooking techniques, ingredient selection, and easy recipes that can be recreated at home. The experience is designed for all skill levels and encourages family bonding through cooking, learning, and tasting.
Participants will take part in food preparation, enjoy a chef-led demonstration, and leave with practical tips to support healthier eating habits at home.
