Understand the real origins of the patterns in your life and how to shift them, resolve family trauma and become free to live your life.
About this Event

Family Constellations will be a good fit if:

- You are committed to breaking a pattern: You often end up as the caretaker while your own needs go unnoticed. Perhaps you have to work twice as hard to be heard or seem to sabotage yourself when it counts most.

If you want to understand what's fueling this repeating pattern, Constellations can help.

- You are experiencing something a bit puzzling: You are surprised by the depth of the sadness after your relationship ended, the intensity feels out of balance with what happened.

Or maybe you've been feeling stuck for months and all the approaches that usually help are falling flat, leaving you at a loss for what to do.

If what you are experiencing feels like there's more than meets the eye, Constellations can illuminate that hidden influence.

- You would like more ease in your relationships: Whether they be romantic or family, our bonds play a huge role in our life. If you are seeking a shift in your relationships with your siblings, parents, spouse or significant other. Constellations is a powerful tool for this.

Constellations helps us understand the hidden messages in our relationships and how to heal them.

- You would like to overcome a difficult experience: Time doesn't heal all wounds, rather we can feel like we stayed behind in time, somehow merged with the moment when the unthinkable happened. We have very little energy to move forward in life.

Constellations can help us build closure around painful experiences, reconnecting us to our resources to embrace the life we have now.

---------------------------------------------------------------

Developed by German psychotherapist Bert Hellinger, Family Constellations illustrates the energetic impact from experiences in our family of origin, place of work and life events that can create palpable, yet elusive, blocks in our lives.

It is an interactive technique that builds on the intuitive capacity of the participants as a group.

Five participants will have the opportunity to set up a constellation for their personal issue and get to observe the work unfold, dynamics appear, shift and resolve in a safe and gentle way.

The other participants witness the process, gaining insight and releasing energetic blocks along the way. Family Constellations creates ripple effects that can free energetic blocks simply by observing the work in person.

If you have any questions please contact me. Together we can decide whether it is best for you to set up a constellation or to be a witness.

"It was such a safe space and I learned so much from everyone's constellations"

" After constellations I felt lighter, more open"

"I came in feeling anxious and left connected with who I am and what I need to do"
