- Feel stuck in repetitive patterns you can’t seem to shift.
- Sense an invisible block holding you back from moving forward in life.
- Struggle with emotional heaviness, anxiety, or unresolved grief.
- Notice recurring relationship challenges and want to understand their root cause (this can also apply to business, health, and other areas of life).
- Have tried to analyze or work through issues but haven’t seen meaningful progress.
- Experience persistent physical symptoms or health patterns that feel difficult to explain or heal.
- Feel disconnected, isolated, or cut off from a sense of belonging.
Family Constellations allow to uncover the hidden dynamics we unconsciously carry that shape our lives, using a visual and spatial representation of relationships and patterns. It allows for a shift in what may be negatively affecting us and opens space for healing and transformation.
You can participate as a focus client - bringing a personal issue to address, or as a representative and observer - supporting the constellation process and holding space.
Because we are all connected through resonance, representatives often gain profound insights themselves by noticing what touches them in others’ stories.
