Family Constellations offers a compassionate space to explore what's been passed down from previous generations to begin to release what no longer serves us. It helps heal what runs deeper than we often realise.
Operate on the premise that family members are deeply interconnected acrossgenerations, and their unresolved traumas,exclusions, or disruptions can unconsciouslyimpact the lives of their descendants.
✨Sometimes, the struggles we face- like feeling stuck, anxious, or repeating the same patterns - aren't just about us.They may be connected to things left unresolved in our family history.
✨Family Constellation is a gentle process that helps you see and understand these hidden patterns, so you can finally let go of what's not yours and feel lighter, clearer, and more at peace.
✨If something hasn't felt right for a long time, this might be the step you've been waiting for.
As the issue holder in the constellation all of the above is addressed specifically for your personal issues.
By being present as a representative in family constellations it is not just about acting or performing; it's about being present, open, and receptive to the unfolding dynamics of the system.
This process can be a powerful catalyst for personal growth, self-discovery, and healing for both the representative and the individual seeking clarity.
Everyone in the session greatly benefits from the experience, as both representatives, observers and the issue holder are deeply engaged. They relive their personal stories and emotions through the issue holders, allowing for meaningful insight, empathy, and healing. The process fosters a strong sense of connection, understanding, and collective growth among all participants.
