A day in which you will get to explore the healing modality of Family Constellations.The day will start at 10am and finish at 5pm with spaces for breaks and lunch.
Moving with what arises in the sharing Circle, we will use different practices to explore and unravel the entanglements within our family systems or within the different parts of ourselves. Through Ritual and Constellations we create living maps that can help to make the unconscious conscious, reveal hidden dynamics in our family systems, show us how we are blocked and reveal new embodied experiences of resolution and love.
There will be space and time for some to have their own personal constellations. We all benefit from one another’s work, and can often find that there is a gift for us in representation and in witnessing others constellations. It will give you a chance to see, understand and feel how this process works. Sometimes we can be nervous to present with our own issues, and the field provides in other ways, we find insight and healing through witnessing and representing.
No experience necessary. You can work at a pace that feels safe and right for you.
