Whether you're fighting with addictions, mental health problems, relationship or work conflicts, our workshop offers a safe space for you to confront these issues. Here, you will find a sense of belonging within a compassionate community.
What is Family Constellations therapy?
Family Constellations is an experiential therapy that observes personal issues from a systemic point of view, recognising unresolved family dynamics and generational traumas. By recreating family representations, this approach seeks to restore love within the family relationships with the least intervention required.
How does Family Constellations group therapy work?
The process involves setting up living representations of the family system using group participants, to uncover and access issues affecting the system across generations.
In practice when a personal issue is presented, the facilitator asks the participant to invite representatives for their family members and place them intuitively in the space.
The observation of the energy forming within the family will guide the facilitator's intervention and assistance in finding a resolution. This approach aims to restore balance and harmony by acknowledging, accepting, and healing disrupted relationships within the family network.
Where does Family Constellations come from?
Alfred Adler was the first to use the term "family constellation" to refer to the bonds and sense of belonging that exist within a family lineage. Family Constellations, also known as Systemic Constellations, was originated with the work of Bert Hellinger, a german psychotherapist, in the 1990s. Hellinger's approach was influenced by his observations of Zulu tribes during his time as a missionary in South Africa, where he noted the importance of ancestral relationships in their culture. The traditional Zulu people lived and acted in a religious world in which the central focal point was the ancestors, which are regarded as positive, constructive, and creative presences.

You will immerse yourself in a nurturing environment that cultivates deep connection with a wider community. At each event's conclusion, we will also explore a variety of practices and topics designed to enhance your mental and emotional well-being, offering valuable insights to enrich your life.
"MOAI", THE POWER OF DOING THINGS TOGETHER.
Part of our community event is inspired to "Moai", a concept originally coming from Okinawa, Japan, a region of the world where people live much longer, happier and healthier than average.
Moai is the name for a life long group of friends that look out for one another, they share their joys and troubles, a source of support essential to their health and well-being. Traditionally, groups of about five young children were paired together and were asked to make a commitment to each other for mutal lifetime support. As their second family, they would meet regurarly with their Moai for both work and play and to pool resources. Some Moais have lasted 90 years.
Studys reveal that close relationships, more than money and fame, are what keep people happy throughout their lives. These ties protect from life's discontents, help to delay mental and physical decline, and are better predictors of long and happy lives than social class, IQ, or even genes. With everything from losing weight, quitting smoking, exercising, studying, the support of the others allows us to stay engaged and achieve more powerful results. Group accountability helps us to show up, and enebles us to turn lofty ambitions into consistent routines.

Daniel and Giovanna are not just partners in life but also in their profound journey of healing and transformation. Together for nearly twelve years, this beautiful couple has traversed the depths of healing, hand in hand, each step deepening their understanding, compassion, and commitment to aid others on their paths.
Daniel, with his intuitive grasp of family dynamics, brings to the table a passionate dedication as a Family Constellation Facilitator. His journey, marked by personal experiences with familial complexities, has equipped him with the empathy and insight necessary to guide individuals and families towards understanding, healing, and harmony.
Giovanna, equally skilled as a Family Constellation Facilitator, found her calling through her own challenges within her family lineage. Her journey towards self-discovery and reclaiming her full expression has not only been transformative on a personal level but also inspirational for the women she now dedicates her life to helping.
Together, Daniel and Giovanna create a powerful duo. Their combined expertise and personal journeys of healing illuminate their workshops, making them a beacon for those seeking to explore the roots of their family lineage and embark on a path of self-discovery and renewal. Their work is a testament to their belief that healing starts at the family roots and that everyone is capable of finding balance, healing, and joy in their lives.
