During the constellation, as representatives take on their roles, the seeker steps back, observing the unfolding dynamics from a reflective space. The facilitator then guides the process with great sensitivity, engaging with each representative to reveal and resolve hidden struggles. In the final step, the seeker re-enters the constellation, embodying the insights gained and releasing emotional entanglements that no longer serve them.
