Family Constellations Workshops - Bi-monthly in Cardiff in 2025.
How many times have you found yourself coming back up against an issue that you thought you had resolved, or moved on from? Maybe you explored it in therapy or counselling or with a coach and it really felt like something had shifted and then you find yourself back dealing with the same poor choices, insecurities or self-sabotaging.
This can feel so frustrating, and hard to make sense of. Well, it might be you have been looking at this from the wrong angle.
Whilst unpacking your own beliefs and values, feeling deep into your feelings, and owning your stuff is important, essential even; sometime to shift deep seated issues you need to zoom out.
None of us are islands, we grew up in families, we belong to families, and much of who we are is shaped by our families. Secrets, lies and unresolved trauma within a family can impact the following generations, creating entanglements, unconscious loyalties, and damaging behaviour patterns. However much you work on yourself, sometimes the issue you are grappling with is simply bigger than you.
Systemic Family Constellations is a unique method that can free you from the damaging patterns, behaviours, and emotions that you have unconsciously taken on from your family. If you want to finally find resolution for your issues, or to understand why it is that you have behaved in ways that are damaging to you, that you have not been able to make sense of then exploring your issue through the lens of Systemic Family Constellations may what you need to resolve the issue.
Of course individual therapy, counselling and coaching are invaluable, and yet taking the time to look at yourself, your issue within the systems that formed you can allow everything to fall into place. It can give you that light bulb moment, the insight that shifts everything or finally makes sense of what is going on.
Starting in January 2025, I will be running regular bi-monthly Family Constellations workshops in Cardiff. These workshops are based on the teachings of Bert Hellinger who described the work as, 'unblocking the flow of love' thus restoring balance and peace to the family system and releasing entanglements.
