Family Constellation Group EventYou are warmly invited to our first Family Constellation Group Event of 2026, a nurturing day of connection and collective healing.
This gathering is about coming together in a supportive circle, where we listen deeply, hold space for one another, and restoring balance within ourselves and our wider communities.
Andrea will guide the group and together we will explore hidden patterns and encourage reconnecting with our inner resources.
No prior experience is needed just an open mind to experience something new.
Family Constellations can support:
-trauma healing
-gaining clarity around life decisions
-goal setting and transitions
-understanding phenomenological family dynamics
What to expect:
The event begins with a cup of herbal tea and a grounding meditation. Organically, the session will unfold.
Two names will be drawn to receive a constellation for the day. You may also participate as a representative or simply observe. Both roles can be meaningful and somatic experiences.
