Each of us is like a star in the sky together with our family and community we form a constellation in which each star is an essential part of the system and in relationship to all the others.
Sometimes we find ourselves stuck in a pattern of painful experiences in relationships money or health. Often the cause of these struggles did not start with us we maybe unconsciously repeating or countering experiences from our families.
Family Constellation work reveals the dynamic of an issue in a relational field through generations. The work is to repair and restore the hidden the distorted and the excluded elements and bringing them back into their rightful place. As the members and events are honored we return to connection. It is a work of saying Yes to life and allowing love to flow.
We will integrate the session with the Somatic Experiencing practices of felt senses voice work and movement. So the processing of trauma is not only trans-generational but also personal and inside our bodies.
There will be pairing-up constellation exercises to explore personally with topics such as health work parents partners etc. One or two participants will be chosen on the spot for a group session.
