Grab the family, put on your brightest, most crazy, funky outfits AND LET"S PARTY!!! Aimed at ages 7+ but younger children are welcome with adult supervision. All children MUST be accompanied by an Adult.
Your host Lauren is a dance & fitness professional, with over 25 years experience delivering inclusive programs across communities. As the founder of GLOW Empowerment, she specialises in creating fun, accessible movement experiences for people of all ages and abilities.
