Kick off your Family Day Monday with this unique combo class blending the art of aerial silks with dynamic martial arts! Enjoy a mix of strength-building aerial moves and fun, family-friendly martial arts techniques. This energetic and engaging session is perfect for creating lasting memories while staying active together.
(Children must be 8+ to participate; younger children are welcome in the space but cannot join the class for safety reasons)
This workshop is $30 plus GST per participant. There are two ways to register for this class:
1. Download the Groovio app to your smart device. Search for Aradia Fitness, click the South location, and click "Book Now". Toggle to February and search "Family" for the class to appear. You can book for multiple participants under one profile!
