This event is a Drum Fitness–style workout, combining simple rhythmic movements with drumming and music. No prior experience is needed — participants can move at their own pace and focus on having fun rather than “working out.”
The activity is suitable for teens and adults and is designed to be inclusive, energetic, and stress-free.
🎵 What to expect:
The workout will feature well-known cartoon melodies in Russian and English, creating a playful, nostalgic atmosphere.
If you are new to Drum Fitness, you can watch a short sample video using the link provided to see what the class looks like.
💛 Purpose of the event
All proceeds from the event will go toward updating and expanding our school library, helping us provide our students with new books and board games.
This is a wonderful opportunity to reconnect after the holidays, move, laugh, and support our school in a meaningful way.
