🏕 This event page was created for those families interested in this summer's (2025) camp event.

💸CAMP Site fee:
RV Campers $100 for all three nights. If you are a family only able to stay 1 or 2 nights: $50 for 1 night or $80 for two nights.
TENT Campers $80 for all three nights. If you are a family only able to stay 1 or 2 nights: $40 for 1 night or $60 for two nights.
To secure your spot and for space planning, we ask for $40 non-refundable deposit to be made by May 31, 2025 with the *balance paid by July 1, 2025. *Balance is based on all sites being confirmed (double family occupancy).
Each individual sites (A and D loop) will be paired occupancy: 1 RV family sharing with 1 Tent Family.
*If cost is a concern that may prevent your family from attending, please connect with Hosts directly. We do not want cost to be a deterrent from attending.

🌲All Sites are Water/Electric standard RV hook up with space for tent camping to share. And one Group tent site (no Power or electric). No sites have Sewer Hook Ups, Campground has Dump site available.
Sites vary in size and will accommodate double occupancy up to to 2 families camping or a combination of RV and Tent Camping. RV Group site C has 6 hook ups and spaces for tents, and Tent Group Site 6 can accommodate up to 5 cars and is located in the A Loop nearest the entrance to A Loop.
🐾Furry Family members welcome however Dogs must be kept on leash and be dog and socially friendly. You are responsible for picking up after your pet. We will have our golden with us. SITES allow 2 dogs per site.
⚾️ Additionally, we will have the Covered shelter in D loop reserved with access to Baseball/Play Fields for family fun. (Bring your own balls, bats, gloves, volleyball, etc)
💓If you would like to contribute in addition to your space to help sponsor a family or if costs may hinder your families participation, please message Lo or Kendra indirectly. We do not want this to be an issue or concern.
DETAILS:
Thursday: Check In/Set up Camp/local recreation
🧭Thursday/Friday/Saturday- Games, Relax, Hiking, fishing, swimming, field use, painting, movie night, day trip excursions, fireside worship
Sunday- Final Day: Camp Pack up/Check out, for those that want to stick around we can gather at the playfields for some afternoon fun and lunch before hitting the road
🥓The D Loop has a shelter/pavilion that we can use to set up a common space for cooking/eating/campfire/fellowship.
🚽Running toilets and hot showers available in restroom facilities, showers are coin operated (bring quarters for showers; $.25 for 3 minutes)
Swimming is available at local swimming holes, pending river levels and weather conditions.
🎣Area has tons of recreation, fishing, hiking, waterfalls etc. Families are welcome to bring bicycles to ride around campground and any other family friendly games, toys to keep young ones entertained.
As we get closer, if anyone is interested in doing group meals we will post a sign up sheet for participation. We will have community breakfast and dinner, with an optional outing day lunch provided.
