About the Speaker
Dr. Sterling teaches classes in Negotiation, Leadership, and Organizational Behavior at both the undergraduate and graduate level. He is also a certified teacher of mindfulness practices in the workplace by the Institute for Organizational Science and Mindfulness (IOSM). Dr. Sterling’s research has been published in some of the top journals in the field of Management, including the Journal of Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, and Organizational Dynamics. His consulting work has helped a variety of organizations, including Fortune 500 companies in the fields of pharmaceutical development and retail trade, as well as smaller organizations in healthcare, education, and hospitality.
