About this Event

Join us for our next seminar on Organizational Mindfulness, featuring Dr. Christopher Sterling, Associate Professor at Fresno State. During the session, participants will learn the main ideas of organizational mindfulness, discover how to include mindfulness in their daily routines, improve relationships with other family members, and build a resilient culture at your family business. Dr. Sterling will explain the science behind mindfulness, discussing how regular practice can lead to significant improvements in brain function. Research on mindfulness in organizations has shown significant improvement in performance and engagement, employee well-being, and improved emotional intelligence. Dr. Sterling will demonstrate multiple mindfulness-based practices that you can incorporate into your daily routine to better overcome biases, and recover quicker from disruptions, distractions, and negative emotions.
