Create a hotel for the pollinators in your garden.
This August join us in celebrating Honey Bee Day. It is a day to recognize the contribution that honey bees make to our everyday lives, as well as learning about the steps that we can take in order to protect this vital species.
Bring the whole family for some hands on fun creating a Bee Hotel at our woodland workshop !
Bee hotels (not beehive's) are structures designed to provide nesting and shelter for solitary bees. They mimic the natural nesting sites of these bees, offering them a place to lay eggs and develop their young.
Work together and create your very own hotel at our nature reserve to take home and put in your garden!
Session will last approximately 1.5 hours

Price: £25.00 for up to 4 people to participate.
Materials provided flat packed and ready to assemble in our classroom.
Suitable for ages 6+ (all under 18's must be supervised by an adult)
