We'll be kicking things off at 11:30am at our meeting point, Fitness Hub East London in Leytonstone with a gentle one-hour walk, promoting physical activity and community bonding. Afterward, head over to the Red Lion function room for a lively 30-45 minute Zumba party, guaranteed to get everyone moving and grooving. Then, settle in as our esteemed speaker shares insights and information about autism, fostering awareness and acceptance followed by Q&A. Don't miss this opportunity to connect, learn, and celebrate together. Admission is free, so mark your calendars and join us for a day of fun and enlightenment!
This is a non-profit event but we are encourageing donations for future autism events, trips, parties and more. So if you can make sure to bring those notes and coins as we will have the donation bucket to hand.
