We are happy to invite you to the next special event of The Wellbeing Gallery: Family constellations on Sunday, October 12th at 14:00, surrounded by the latest art exhibition in the Dauwens & Beernaerts Gallery.Join us for an intense afternoon of systemic work, guided by Joke Segers.
👨👩👦👦 What is a family constellation? 👨👩👦👦
Ever feel like you’re stuck in patterns that don’t really belong to you?
As if the same situations or feelings keep repeating, while deep down you know there’s much more possible?
A family constellation offers a safe space to look beneath the surface. Together, we explore the hidden dynamics that often go back through generations. When the unseen becomes visible, it creates room for healing, flow and deeper connection.
After introducing her/his personal question, the questioner’s family system will be represented by the participating representatives. They will take up a space in the room, guided by the movements their bodies want to make. These movements will make clear how the dynamics of the questioner’s family system function.
Every member of a family constellation could be represented, as well as collective emotions or themes. The moment itself unfolds the dynamics of the constellation. It’s recommended to not bring any family members. The less the group of the participants knows about your family system, the better.
Since it’s hard to explain how it works, a family constellation should be experienced. There is no right or wrong, a family constellation unfolds itself the way it will. You don’t need to have prior experience in family constellations to participate. Whether you are a representative or a questioner, you’ll always learn new things about yourself.
Simply come as you are. Your presence is enough – the rest unfolds on its own.

Let us know if you want to participate as a questioner or as a representative. In this group, a maximum of 3 persons can join with a personal question. In case of more than 3 possible questioners, a waiting list will be created.
