Join us for a joyful morning of hands-on family community service, giving parents and kids the chance to do good together.
Families for Good: Fall for Kindness is a one-of-a-kind community event that turns giving back into something tangible, creative, and family-friendly.
Families will rotate through a series of interactive “Giving Stations,” each benefiting a local Pittsburgh nonprofit through hands-on service projects.
All supplies are included, and breakfast will be provided for all attendees.
This Year’s Giving Stations
Your ticket helps fund the materials and donations that families will assemble onsite, directly supporting local organizations that make a difference every day.
🧣 Light of Life Rescue Mission: assembling Winter Warmth Kits for unhoused neighbors in Pittsburgh.
💜 Women’s Center & Shelter of Greater Pittsburgh: packing Welcome Kits for women and children who are survivors of domestic and intimate-partner violence.
🐾 Animal Friends: creating Pet Care Bundles for newly adopted animals.
🎨 Kindness Cards & Art from the Heart: writing cards and creating artwork for residents in local nursing homes and hospitals.

Families for Good exists to make kindness a family habit.
Our mission is to help kids see that they can make a difference — not just by donating, but by doing.
Whether you’re a parent, grandparent, or community member, this morning is about connection, compassion, and collective impact.
