As the leaves turn their colors and gently settle on the earth, so too the chagim wind down leaving us with the energy of rebirth. This newness provides an opening for new practices, new routines, and new paths. Through song, movement and meditation, forest walks and lake swims, let's journey and connect with the opportunity to set a new flow. Together we will fall into a new rhythm.About Your Retreat Leader, Eli Witkin
Eli grew up fishing, canoeing, and ** skiing the lakes and rivers of Minnesota. He is a Jack of all trades and master of none. Except perhaps education, in which he holds a Masters degree. Simply put he loves learning. This love has led him to study; geology, story telling, wood carving, wilderness first aid, Torah, meditation, and guitar - all of which makes him a pretty fun guy to have in the woods. Eli has a knack for concisely communicating complicated concepts, using metaphor to make things meaningful, and a long lasting love of alliteration. He is a notoriously bad speller.
