“Ever tried. Ever failed. No matter. Try again. Fail again. Fail better.” – Samuel Beckett
Autumn is the season of falling leaves drift from the trees light fades earlier and we too are reminded of the moments we stumble falter and fall. But just as the earth gathers what has fallen to nourish the soil our failures can also be seeds of growth.
The theme for this evening is “Falling Forward.”
This performance is a space to honour the beauty of imperfection: the pain and the humour the grief and the growth the cracks that make our humanity visible. Our flaws and missteps are not something to hide — they are the gifts that connect us.
What to expect: Playback Theatre where your stories of failing falling and rising come alive through movement music and improvisation. A warm multicultural English-speaking space where imperfection is welcomed.
An evening of laughter tenderness and recognition in each other’s humanity
Pre-show gathering from 18:30 with snacks and drinks available
Performance begins at 19:00
This autumn let’s gather to celebrate the imperfect beauty of our shared stories — the cracks the colours the gifts of being human.
