Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to return to your mat with the changing season, this fall series offers something for everyone. These are supportive, small-town-style classes where you’ll feel welcomed and never out of place.
Gentle Yoga – Tuesdays at 5:15 PM
Ease into movement, stretch tight muscles, and calm your nervous system. Great for all ages and especially helpful for stress relief, better sleep, and those recovering from injury or burnout.
Beginners Yoga – Tuesdays at 6:30 PM
New to yoga? Start here. Learn the basics in a comfortable setting with clear instructions, simple flows, and zero pressure. Perfect for absolute beginners or those wanting to reconnect with their body.
Power Yoga – Saturdays at 9:15 AM
Build strength, improve balance, and boost your energy. This class is faster-paced and fun — ideal for folks who want a little more sweat and movement in their week.
