Join us for our Annual Fall Yoga and Wellness Day Retreat. This year the event will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2025, in beautiful Nassau County, Long Island, for another day of rejuvenation, connection, and deep renewal. Led by our trio of experienced Yoga leaders who share a bond as close as sisters, this Fall retreat will combine the best of our previous activities with a few new and meaningful wellness experiences.
