Welcome the Fall season with wellness at the 3 hour retreat at Alderbrook Resort and Spa with Joonbug Yoga. Open to everyone!
Spend time taking care with cozy wellness practices including gentle yoga, breathwork, meditation, mantra, energetics, journaling, herbal bath and body products, aromatherapy, tea making, and more!
Date: Saturday, November 23rd, 2024
Time: 3 pm to 6 pm
Class will be held in Mount Washington B/C conference room (limited to 25 participants). Pre-registration required by November 1st, 2024.
Cost: $105.00 per person.
Yoga teachers will earn 3 continuing education hours via Yoga Alliance by participating in this event. Joonbug Yoga is a certified continuing education provider via Yoga Alliance.🙏🏼
