Calling SCA Fighting Companies! Danegeld Tor invites you to the third annual War Practice. Experienced warlords will teach how to be effective on the battlefield as part of the Western Army. Expect hands on demonstrations on the weapons of war, shield walls, archery tactics (no shooting on site unfortunately), and unit movement. The day will wrap up with a discordant discussion on unit tactics, open forum Q&A, and pickup fights.*** Mists/Cynagua is the following weekend (October 17-19) with Great Western War (November 4-10) on it's heels.
