CitySpace FitnessShowdown Series is buzzing to present our second event ... FALL THROWDOWN
In same-sex pairs, this one's set to test your strength, endurance, grit and teamwork!
Expect 4 full send workouts across the day, where you'll rack up points to climb the leaderboard. The top 3 teams will battle it out in a final head-to-head throwdown for a place on the podium.
Choose Your Division:
BASE - Perfect if you're newer to competitions. Expect lighter weights, simpler movement standards, and a chance to build confidence while still pushing hard.
RISE - For those ready to level up. Heavier weights and more advanced movements for a greater challenge.
• Standards & Workouts:
Movement and weight standards for each division will be released once registration opens. Individual workouts will be announced in the lead-up to the event.
