Fall Solstice Vision Board Workshop

A vision board is a creative tool to help you set an intention for an event, life stage or goal. Vision boards are a ton of fun to create — they engage all your senses and help you connect with the world around you.

During this workshop, we will use the concept of a vision board to clarify the direction for your next few months. You do not need to have a specific goal in mind before the workshop. Through props and discussion, we will identify the tangible moments you would love to experience throughout the next season. Perhaps that season for you is Autumn. It might also be a new job, caregiving, or developing a new skill. This workshop is designed for anyone going through a big change — or looking to create one.

Led by Sarah Toler, (she/her) who holds a Doctorate in Nursing Practice specializing in reproductive health and mental wellness, this workshop uses science-based principles to help you gain self awareness and tap into your available opportunites and resources. While this workshop is expressive and creative, no former art experience is required. All genders welcome.

Located at 313 Laskin Rd suite 101, this in-person workshop will provide all the materials you need to create a personalized vision board. Let's come together to celebrate the changing of the seasons.
