Our shadow parts of our psyche and energy body (i.e. compulsive self, jealous self, insecure self, angry self, etc) are often cut off from our
everyday experience and consciousness yet exert a strong influence over us, often keeping us from exploring life outside our comfort zone and really challenging ourselves to opening our
hearts to love.
In this contemplative workshop retreat weekend participants will be guided through meditation, journaling, and experimental psychotherapy methods to befriend and integrate these shadow parts. No one will be asked to be put on the spot or pushed to be an example. All experiential psychotherapy group participation aspects of the experience will be fully voluntary. Some people may elect to be the volunteers and do a “piece of work” and others may elect to watch. The majority of the weekend will be spent in guided reflection, meditation, and breathwork.
