Sauna Social is back Nov. 16th at Red Rocks Park in South Burlington!Featuring Stella Blue Sauna Co., Northern Kin Sauna, and Sunnywood Saunas in partnership with the South Burlington Parks & Rec. Dept.
Your ticket includes a 75 minute session (start times 11a, 12:30p, 2p) where you can rotate between the 3 wood-fired saunas, each offering its own character and atmosphere. Between rounds, take a refreshing plunge in Lake Champlain and soak up the crisp fall air.
Bonus- part of proceeds go to benefit the South Burlington Parks & Rec Dept. Scholarship Fund!

What to Expect:
- Please Arrive 15 minutes early so you are maximizing your session
- Please be sure to ONLY come to the session you purchased for (we do our best to not crowd our saunas so you have the best experience possible)
- Cool off with a dip in Lake Champlain between sauna rounds or to wash off
- Expect a friendly, community vibe - this is about connecting, relaxing, and celebrating the benefits of sauna and cold plunge
- There will be staff on site to guide your experience and answer any questions you may have!
What to Bring:
- Towel(s): Bring 2 if you want one for the sauna and one for drying off
- Water bottle to stay hydrated (you can refill water with us)
- Flip Flops or Water shoes - keep those feet clean for a clean sauna!
- A robe/ cozy layers/ or a blanket after your session
- Optional: cold plunge gear (if you want gloves/ booties/ hat)
