Join us for a free 2-day experience designed to support, uplift, and activate the leadership our region needs right now. Whether you're stepping into a new role, holding the weight of long-term work, or navigating uncertainty with hope, this gathering is for you.
We’re bringing back some of the most requested topics from our Nonprofit Academies - collaborative funding, peer learning and connections, leadership development, organizational strategy, data and technology sessions, and advocacy and policy engagement, and infusing them with new energy and bold intention.
We bring you workshops, dialogues, and networking opportunities that invite you to build skills, strengthen systems, and form relationships that matter. Whether you’re ready to plug into existing coalitions or spark new ones, this is your space to connect, learn, and act.
When: Tuesday, October 28 and Wednesday, October 29, 2025 | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Where: University of San Diego, Kroc Institute for Peace Studies (KIPJ) | (Please note: there is a Parking Fee associated with this event, $36 for a 2-day event)

Priority will be given to nonprofit leaders who have not previously attended SDNPA. All registrations are conditionally approved and subject to confirmation upon completion of a required intake form (to be sent following registration). Space is limited. Reserve early.
*SDNPA is free to attend, however there is a parking fee of $18 associated with the event, if you already have a permit for the university or you will be carpooling see FAQs below for more details.
*To make room for as many organizations as possible, attendance is limited to two representatives per organization.
*Who should attend: Senior Leaders from organizations of all sizes
