Join us for our Fall Sacred Scream Mini Retreat on October 18, 2025 at the amazing and magical LITTLE WING HOLLOW in Harrodsburg, KY.
This is day long, femme focused retreat is a soul cleansing, heart opening experience to encourage releasing pent up fear, grief, rage, and frustration....through the power of scream and community. Led by Regan Wann and Amy Figgs, this immersive day includes guided breathwork, meditation, journaling prompts, and multiple opportunities to scream, safely and freely in nature.
We will gather as a circle of feminine love and power, ready to heal and be heard.
