Calling all women! Join DiscovHer Wellbeing for a nature-based wellbeing retreat in the beautiful Cuyahoga Valley National Park.

Surrounded by nature in cozy autumn, we will spend the morning immersed in nature and at fireside in mindful self-discovery and fellowship. Supplies and snacks included!

You'll float away in the afternoon feeling grounded in self and ready to take on your best life for optimal health and joy with a wellbeing plan you create for yourself.

The morning will include:

• gentle fireside yoga
• forest bathing (shinrin yoku)
• journal reflections
• holistic wellbeing discussions
