This fall retreat will be the perfect opportunity to slow down and refocus your attention on self care and living in balance with nature and the seasons. Your retreat includes meals, yoga, sound bath, meditation, breathwork, and workshops on Ayurveda and self care.
On this 2 day retreat you'll be nourished inside and out, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with other like minded individuals,and you’ll leave feeling more grounded and connected to self as we move through the fall season.

1:00pm-2:45pm: Self Care Rituals for Fall
3:00pm-4:00pm: Breathwork & Mantra
4:15-5:15: Gentle Yoga & Yoga Nidra
5:15pm-6:00pm: Closing Circle
