
Join 300RYT Monica Chalmers on the Saturday prior to the Fall Equinox to prepare yourself for a seasonal shift and to learn tips and tricks to ease into the season of Autumn.
Fall equinox is when the day and night is the same length and we shift from shorter nights and longer days to shorter days and longer nights. Without some preparation this can cause stress increased fatigue and increased inflammation and pain in the body.
Join me for this special workshop where students will be led in a soothing body scan meditation gentle movement and stretching and restorative poses to settle the body emotions mind and soul. Tips for an easy seasonal shift (including recipes) will be provided to students. Dairy and gluten free refreshments will be served and time with be provided for journaling and/or prayer.
Students will leave refreshed and ready for the transition into fall.
